Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is collected at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours after booking will be charged one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours after booking are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

Parking

On-site driveway parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary street parking is also available, including along the Penticton Rose Garden directly across from Casa Grande.


Check-In

Casa Grande Inn & Suites does not operate a traditional front desk. Guests will receive detailed self-check-in instructions prior to arrival.


Property Care

Any damages, excessive cleaning, or incidentals incurred during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file.


Accessibility

Please note that there is no elevator on the premises and the property is not wheelchair accessible.


Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome in The Hideaway Suite and The Siesta Suite only.


A $30 pet fee will be added to eligible reservations. Please notify us in advance if you are travelling with a pet.

Penthouse (Vista Del Luna) Cleaning Fee

For The Penthouse – Vista Del Luna, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file following reservation confirmation.
